I can’t speak highly enough of Mike, John, and Rich. They were very easy to work with, extremely efficient, and were willing to carry large pieces of furniture and junk out of my mom’s house. They really made what was a frustrating situation so much better and we are hugely appreciative of their hard work! You can’t even imagine what they were able to remove from our home for this price! No really…. if you saw what they removed for this price it would blow your mind!! Items included several large sections of a post and rail fence, two dismantled sheds, old pool pump, lawn chairs, queen size mattress set, a huge amount of bush and tree cuttings, drywall from renovation projects, lumber from renovation projects, bags of seashells that were taken from the perimeter of our pool, wire fencing from our pool, decorative items, small table from the pool, large pieces of plywood, metal pipes, bags of Styrofoam and the list goes on and on… In a nutshell, Amazing!! The owner John was the one who originally quoted the job. He was so polite from the time we met him and provided an on-the-spot a quote until the moment the truck arrived!! He kept us informed minute by minute on the arrival of the crew. Mike is the other owner and he was on site for the job along with another team member, whose names has slipped my mind. The crew of two were the nicest, hardest working guys ever! You would never think these guys remove junk based on their professionalism, personalities and communication skills. If you saw the amount of debris that they were able to load into their truck you would never believe it. I even took pictures to show my friends. When I added some extra items at the last minute, the price was so reasonably increased that I knew these are good guys and looking for long term business and HONEST . I would rate this company an A+ for price, quality of work and most of all professionalism and for being good human beings. . I have never used a company like this before and I have to say I will be using them again, if need be. We had a LOT of big items in our basement that had to go before a refinishing project could begin and these guys were great. I’d initially asked that they remove one big item, and the morning they were due to arrive, I called and said I’d forgotten to add many more things to our haul away. They said, no problem, that even though their men were already en-route to my home, they would stop and get a larger truck to accomodate my late change in plans. And, not only that, when they were through, they DROPPED their initial price quote saying they’d over-estimated the cost. Who does that these days!! One Call Clean out was hired to remove the remaining contents of a home in Warminster, PA prior to selling it. The contents consisted mostly of boxes, some furniture items and other items to be discarded. There was also some patio furniture and bricks. One Call Clean out arrived on time with a crew of five workers, including the two owners. We toured the house to confirm what was being removed and what was staying. They spent about 3.5 hours sorting and removing the contents. They were fast and efficient, and asked questions to make sure they did not take the few pieces that were going to stay. After finishing cleaning out the attic, they swept it out. Where ever there wasn’t carpeting, they swept up. Near the end, John, one of the owners, asked me to start checking the rooms to see if there was anything left that should have been removed. Other than a couple of things, everything to be removed was, after they were finished.
